This hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of the New Town, making it easy to take nightly walks out to restaurants by petit taxi. It's also close to the train station, which was very helpful for me. The hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was kind and accommodating. Additionally, the reasonable price of €35 for two people made it the best value in this city.
Nothing it was perfect.

We had a pleasant two-night stay at a hotel in the Ville Nouvelle area. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the more interesting parts of town. Our spacious room at the back of the hotel provided a peaceful sleep without any noise disruptions from the street. The decor of the room was smart, and the furniture was in good condition. Despite a slight lack of heating and inconsistent hot water, the air conditioning worked well. We also enjoyed a good meal at the hotel restaurant. we found the Hotel De La Paix to be a good value for a short stay.

The hotel was on a busy street, which made it quite noisy at night. the rooms were a bit small and could feel a bit cramped, especially when moving around with suitcases.

The location of the hotel was key, as it was conveniently located close to the main area of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
